Tasty Hot Crab Dip Appetizer

Well here you have 3 of Capt'n Salsa's favorite foods. Salsa, Crab and green chiles all combined together to make a "can't get enough of this" easy to make appetizer your family will absolutely devour.

Now let's get to some serious eating with this fabulous crab dip appetizer.

Hot Crab Dip

1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup salsa (homemade of course)
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
2 packages (8 ounces each) imitation crabmeat, flaked
1 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies

Assorted Crackers

Combine milk and salsa. Transfer to a slow cooker coated with nonstick cooking spray. Stir in cream cheese, crab, onions and chopped green chilies.

Cover and cook on low in a crock pot for 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

Serve warm with the crackers.

Yield 5 cups.

Can you imagine pouring this over a plate of hot fresh tortilla chips, Man this gives a whole new dimension to Nachos. Tasty indeed.
